Changing the ways we move around
- Developed a Travel Plan for Old Deanery Staff.
- Audited travel by senior staff, and now looking at eco-driving, vehicle/engine size, journey-sharing or travelling in different ways.
- Introduced personal travel plans.
- Puchased a Diocesan bike for local use by staff.
- Promote travel by public transport to Diocesan meetings.
- Kept Car-free Day on 22 September 2009, holding a picnic in the car-park.
- A few staff have been involved in pilot tele-conferencing meetings.
